Unterbau als solide Stahlschweißkonstruktion, zwei Längsträger mit Querträgern zur
Aufnahme des 5 mm starken Kipperprofils und der 4 mm Bodenplatte aus Hardox oder
Naxtra.
Eine 1.000 mm hohe Stahl-Stirnwand in feststehend, mit 2 Rundösen im inneren
Bereich, ganz außen auf halber Höhe. Eckrungen feststehend mit untenliegenden
Verschlüssen. Heck- und Seitenwände (Einteilig über ganze Länge) werden aus
Aluminium-Hohlprofilen gefertigt, Seitenwände abklappbar und pendelnd mit
Bordwandhebehilfe. Heckklappe ebenfalls abklappbar und pendelnd aufgehängt, mit
Zentralverriegelung im Kipperprofil.
Bodenplatte aus Hardox oder Naxtra in einer Stärke von 4 mm, diese mit dem
Kipperprofil und den Längs- bzw. Querträgern sauber verschweißt. Pressentraverse und
Kippausleger in den Längsträgern eingelassen und entsprechend verstärkt. Zurrösen
(4 pro Seite) jeweils außen im Kipperboden auf die Länge verteilt.
