Q8 T 55 85W-140 wordt aanbevolen voor zwaarbelaste onderdelen zoals achterassen, eindaandrijvingen of differentiëlen met hypoïde tandwielen Het voldoet aan de API GL-5 specificatie en wordt gebruikt bij on- en off-highway-voertuigen, bouwmachines, lichte en zware vrachtwagens en bedrijfsvoertuigen die werken bij hoge snelheid/schokbelasting, hoge snelheid/laag koppel of lage snelheid/hoog koppel.
