Towable stair for narrow body aircraft

This series of stairs is designed for the boarding and disembarking of passengers in compliance with current regulations, on airplanes whose boarding height is between 1,764 and 3,920 millimeters, (A320, A321, etc…). It is made up of two flights of stairs: a fixed lower section, attached to the chassis by means of articulated joints, and the upper section that slides over the previous one using a manually operated hydraulic system; this system is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder and double-acting manual pump.The mobile section ends with an access platform, the front of which is articulated to adapt to the fuselage of the plane. This platform has two sliding doors on both sides that allow a perfect adjustment of the stair to the plane.All its elements are fixed to the frame of the stair. The front part is provided with two stabilizers with which we guarantee the stability and immobility of the stair during boarding, disembarkation and parking. This model of stairs is equipped with a set of lights on the steps to allow boarding and disembarking at night, powered by a 12v battery. The batteries have a charger that connects to the 220V AC network. This stair can be folded down and carried on its own chassis.
