New equipment for road patching using infrared regeneration, asphalt heating technology . The device allows two operators to work with three independent options for road repair, which include infrared heater Mira-3, recycler RA-500 and bitumen emulsion sprayer BS-100. It is a reliable, self-contained device with a mechanical winch system and allows you to lower and adjust the height of the heater. Recommended for small jobs.
Capacity of this unit is 70-100 m² of patching per shift (not taking into account the capacity of the recycler). Ideal for repair of joints, cracks, potholes. It is used in the current repair of sidewalks, adjacent areas, playgrounds and sports grounds, parking lots.
Mounted on a single- or double-axle trailer with a special attachment.
Technology of work with MIRA-3 includes the following steps:
- Warming up the surface of the road map and scarifying with a rake.
- Supplementing of fresh asphalt from the recycler.
- Enrichment with bituminous emulsion with the help of a hand sprayer.
- Compaction of the repaired area with a vibratory plate or roller
