Die Schneeschilder der Baureihe Profi werden vor allem für Traktoren wie Kubota, Iseki, Branson, Kioti, John Deere ab 50PS produziert und eignen sich vor allem zur Räumung von Schnee auf Gehwegen, Straßen und Parkplätzen. Aufgrund der vielzähligen Anbaurahmen wird der Einsatz an unterschiedlichen Geräteträgern ermöglicht.
Der Schneepflug besteht aus zwei Scharen, wobei jeder Schar unabhängig gesteuert werden kann. Somit sind 5 verschiedene Arbeitspositionen möglich. Die Steuerung erfolgt durch ein doppeltwirkendes Steuerventil am Traktor sowie ein Steuerpult zur elektro-magnetischen Steuerung.
Durch zwei massive Hydraulikzylinder, welche durch die Hydraulik des Geräteträgers versorgt werden, sorgen für eine Schwenkung der beiden Schare jeweils nach rechts und links von +/- 30°.
Die geteilten Schare sorgen für eine bessere Kraftverteilung und Räumung des Schnees.
Serienmäßig werden die Schneepflüge mit Federklappen ausgerüstet. Somit wird ein Zurückklappen der Segmente bei Auftreffen auf ein Hindernis gewährleistet.
Eine dicke Gummischürfleiste (optional Stahl- oder Kunststoff) sorgt für ein komfortables Schieben und Räumen des Schnees sowie ein Vermeiden von Schäden an Gehwegen und Straßen.
LED-Positionsleuchten rechts und links sorgen für Ihre Sicherheit auch beim Schneeräumen bei Nacht.
Die Montage erfolgt an die 3-Punkt-Aufnahme Kat.2 Ihres Schleppers. Optional sind viele weitere Anbaurahmen wie Kat.1 oder unterschiedliche Radlader-, Hoflader-, Multicar oder Unimog-Aufnahmen möglich.
Alle Stahlteile sind hochwertig verarbeitet, geschweisst und auch pulverbeschichtet lackiert worden.
Optional sind alle Schneepflüge auch mit Stützrädern, Gleitkufen und Seitenbodenanpassung/ Niveausausgleich lieferbar.
